You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use s5vip. We verify age at registration and again during KYC. Accounts found to be held by persons under 21 are closed immediately and all balances forfeited.
Each person may hold exactly one s5vip account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and result in permanent suspension. All balances and pending bonuses on duplicate accounts are voided without recourse.
All promotions carry clearly stated wagering requirements published before a player opts in. s5vip does not retroactively alter bonus terms after a member has claimed an offer. Bonus abuse results in forfeiture and account review.
All deposits and withdrawals on s5vip are processed exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). No foreign currency conversion is applied. Supported channels include BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. s5vip will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. Enable two-factor authentication to add an additional layer of protection to your account.

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:
By accessing, browsing, or using the s5vip Platform in any way — including registering an Account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or claiming a promotion — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, along with the Privacy Policy and any additional rules published on the Platform for specific games or promotions.
If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions in full, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if applicable, close your Account by contacting s5vip support.
These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between s5vip and each Member with respect to use of the Platform. Any prior representations, warranties, or understandings — whether oral or written — are superseded by these Terms.
Note: s5vip reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of an amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Members are encouraged to review this page periodically.
To register and maintain an Account on s5vip, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your membership:
Age Restriction: s5vip operates a strict 21+ only policy. Providing false date-of-birth information during registration constitutes fraud. Any winnings generated by an underage account will be voided and the deposited funds returned net of any bonus amounts received.
To access the betting and gaming services offered by s5vip, you must complete the registration process accurately and in full. By submitting your registration details, you warrant that all information provided is true, current, and complete.
Each individual may hold only one Account on s5vip at any time. Opening, attempting to open, or operating more than one Account — whether under the same or a different name, email address, payment method, device, or IP address — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. s5vip reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending bets and bonus balances, and withhold any real-money funds pending a full fraud investigation.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. s5vip will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify s5vip support immediately at [email protected].
All s5vip Accounts are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The currency cannot be changed after registration. All deposits, withdrawals, bets, wins, and bonuses are calculated and displayed in IDR.
Members must keep their registered contact details — including email address and phone number — current at all times. s5vip communicates important account, security, and regulatory notices via the email address on file. s5vip accepts no liability for failure to receive such notices where the registered email address is outdated or incorrect.
s5vip is required to verify the identity of all Members before processing any withdrawal request. This process — commonly referred to as Know Your Customer, or KYC — is a standard practice across all regulated online betting platforms and is designed to protect both the Member and the integrity of the Platform.
To complete KYC, Members will be asked to submit the following documents via the s5vip member dashboard:
KYC verification is required before a Member's first withdrawal request is processed. s5vip aims to complete KYC reviews within 24 hours of receiving all required documents during WIB business hours. Members are encouraged to complete KYC proactively to avoid any delay when they wish to withdraw winnings.
s5vip reserves the right to request updated or additional verification documents at any time — including at higher withdrawal thresholds or where unusual account activity is detected. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in temporary account suspension pending review.
Important: All documents submitted for KYC are handled in strict accordance with the s5vip Privacy Policy. Documents are used solely for identity verification and are not shared with third parties except where required by law.
s5vip supports a range of local Indonesian payment methods for deposits. All deposits are credited to a Member's Account in IDR with no conversion fees applied by s5vip.
The following payment channels are available for deposits: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed on the deposit page at the time of transaction.
Most deposits via local bank transfer and e-wallet are credited to a Member's Account within five minutes. During periods of high transaction volume or scheduled bank maintenance windows, processing may take up to 30 minutes. If a deposit has not been credited after 30 minutes, Members should contact s5vip support with the transfer receipt for manual review.
Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in the Member's own name. Deposits from third-party payment accounts are not accepted and may result in the return of funds and account suspension. This policy is in place to prevent fraud and money laundering.
The minimum deposit amount on s5vip is Rp 10.000 (ten thousand Indonesian Rupiah), subject to the minimums imposed by individual payment providers. s5vip does not charge a deposit fee; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.
Members may request a withdrawal of available real-money funds from their Account at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this clause and the completion of KYC verification.
Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a verified bank account or e-wallet registered in the Member's name. s5vip does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
s5vip commits to processing verified withdrawal requests within 60 minutes during WIB business hours (08:00–22:00 WIB). Withdrawals submitted outside business hours are queued and processed at the start of the next business session. s5vip does not accept liability for delays caused by the receiving bank's own processing times.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000 (fifty thousand Indonesian Rupiah). Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day are published on the withdrawal page within the Member dashboard. Members with VIP status may be eligible for higher withdrawal limits — contact support for details.
Bonus Funds credited to a Member's Account are subject to wagering requirements that must be met in full before any portion of the Bonus Funds — or winnings derived from Bonus Funds — may be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement multiplier and eligible games for each promotion are stated in the respective promotion's terms at the time of opt-in.
s5vip reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, s5vip will notify the Member and may request additional documentation. Any delay applied under this clause will be communicated to the affected Member within 24 hours of the withdrawal request being flagged.
s5vip offers a range of promotional offers to both new and existing Members. All bonuses are subject to the general conditions in this clause and the specific terms published with each individual promotion.
Most promotions on s5vip require an explicit opt-in by the Member before the qualifying deposit or bet is placed. Bonuses are not applied retroactively to deposits made before the opt-in was completed.
All Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement — a multiplier indicating how many times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be requested. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement on a Rp 100.000 bonus requires Rp 3.000.000 in qualifying bets before withdrawal is unlocked. The applicable multiplier and qualifying games or markets are stated on each promotion's detail page.
s5vip employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses more than once, placing low-risk hedged bets to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine play, or coordinating with other Members to exploit promotion mechanics. Members found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have their Bonus Funds voided and may face permanent account closure.
All promotions carry an expiry date. Bonus Funds and free bets that are not used, and wagering requirements that are not met, within the stated validity window will expire automatically. s5vip will not reinstate expired bonuses.
s5vip reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or suspend any ongoing promotion with reasonable notice. Where a Member has already claimed a promotion, any changes will not apply retroactively to that Member's existing bonus balance.
All bets placed on s5vip are subject to the general betting rules in this clause and the specific product rules published for each sport, game, or market on the Platform.
A bet is only confirmed when s5vip's system has acknowledged acceptance and a bet reference number has been issued. Bets placed during periods of technical disruption may be voided if confirmation was not successfully recorded. Members should retain all bet confirmation references.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per market. These limits are displayed at the time of bet placement. s5vip reserves the right to adjust maximum stake limits on any market at any time, including for individual Member accounts where unusual betting patterns are detected.
s5vip reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were clearly erroneous — for example, due to a technical fault, data feed error, or human error in odds compilation. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the Member's Account. s5vip will not honour bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds where it can be reasonably demonstrated that the Member was aware of the error.
Results for togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets — including Singapore, Hongkong, Sydney, and Macau draws — are taken from the official draw results published by the respective authorised operators. In the event of any discrepancy between the draw result displayed on the Platform and the official result, the official result shall prevail.
Live in-play betting markets may be suspended or cancelled at s5vip's discretion at any point during an event. Bets accepted before a suspension are honoured unless voided under Clause 9.3. s5vip accepts no liability for missed betting opportunities caused by market suspensions during live events.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the s5vip Platform. Any Member found to have engaged in Prohibited Conduct may have their Account suspended or permanently closed, their balance withheld pending investigation, and may be subject to legal action where applicable:
s5vip reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Member Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the circumstances below.
s5vip may suspend an Account temporarily where: a KYC review is pending, unusual betting or payment activity has been detected, a chargeback or payment dispute has been initiated by the Member's bank, or s5vip is required to do so by applicable law or a regulatory instruction. During a suspension, no deposits, withdrawals, or bets can be processed.
Accounts found to be in material breach of these Terms — including Prohibited Conduct under Clause 10 — may be permanently closed. In such cases, s5vip will retain any Bonus Funds and winnings derived from Bonus Funds. Real-money deposits may be returned at s5vip's discretion following completion of any investigation.
Members may request closure of their own Account at any time by contacting s5vip support. All pending bets will be settled normally before closure is finalised. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the Member's verified payment method within five business days. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon voluntary closure.
All content on the s5vip Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game software, data compilations, and the overall arrangement and presentation of the Platform — is the property of s5vip or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit: reproduction, distribution, or public display of any Platform content; reverse engineering or decompiling any Platform software; or use of any data mining, scraping, or extraction tools against the Platform.
Any unauthorised use of s5vip's intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, s5vip's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with the use of the Platform — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
s5vip shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity, whether or not s5vip has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
s5vip does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance windows may temporarily affect availability. s5vip will use reasonable efforts to notify Members of planned downtime in advance.
Gambling Risk Notice: Online betting involves financial risk. Never bet more than you can afford to lose. s5vip accepts no liability for financial losses incurred through lawful use of the Platform's betting and gaming products.
s5vip is committed to protecting Member privacy. The collection, storage, processing, and disclosure of personal data by s5vip is governed by the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and should be read in conjunction with them.
By registering an Account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. If you do not consent to the Privacy Policy, you may not register or use the Platform.

Where a material change is made, s5vip will provide reasonable advance notice to Members via the registered email address and/or a prominent notice on the Platform. The updated Terms will state the effective date of the revision.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date of the amendment. Closing your Account under this clause will be treated as voluntary closure under Clause 11.3.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of commercial law as applied by s5vip's licensing jurisdiction. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through s5vip's internal dispute resolution process shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed international arbitration body.
Nothing in this clause limits s5vip's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent or restrain a breach of these Terms, particularly in matters involving fraud, intellectual property infringement, or Prohibited Conduct as described in Clause 10.
Members accessing the Platform from Indonesia acknowledge that online gambling is subject to local legal restrictions, and that it is their sole responsibility to ensure compliance with applicable Indonesian law. s5vip makes no representation that use of the Platform is lawful in any specific jurisdiction.
